Version 1.1.0: 11/30/2009: New feature: patching. GEO, HAB, & POP can now be patched after each component is run.
This allows users to add in measured field data in places where they have it.
It also can be used to model flood plain benefits and other factors not included in the model.

Version 1.0.1: 01/15/2009: Bugfix in the uninstaller. Uninstaller deleted everything in directory. Fixed.

Note: Users of version 1.0.0 are recommended to download version 1.0.1 and install it over your current version. A bug in the original 1.0.0 uninstaller causes it to unsafely delete the subdirectories and all files within the installation directory.

Version 1.0.0: 07/13/2008: First public release. Developed installer for package and added EULA into model.
